You. It started with you. Your life. Your direction. Your fate. Your destiny.
It is with you. You. Your answer. Your choice. A yes or no to a choice - that will set your fate. What life does with you, what life will do to you, not just that. You have the power to change. But you have to be strong. The choices you make are the ones that drive your fate.
Whether you take the red shirt or the blue one, the choice is with you. And whatever you take becomes your destiny. Even if things beyond your reach act against you, even if all of this is a plan already set, you still have the power to make exceptions. You still have your free will with you. You still have your choices. And the reasons behind your choices matter. Your decision, your will and your courage to stand by them will always matter. Never leave something to fate until you've done your fullest. Your life is with you. Your decisions are yours and yours alone. Your response to a choice sets forth the plan and your fate. In whatever circumstances you are in, the conscious choice you make with the full of your heart, full of your will, these will make you who you are and who you will be.
A yes or no to a direction. Left or right of a crossroad. All these need your choice. Do the best you can. Never be afraid that the plan is made. If you are strong about your choices, if you have faith in them, if you are willing to risk your everything even if there is no chance forward, if you are still taking that step, then it'll be done according to your choice. The plan will be changed for you. Exceptions will be made.
Sometimes destiny is a collection of choices of different individuals. You go forward, a bus suddenly stops in front of you. You are lucky it didn't hit you. The driver chose to act on a choice. A choice, that probably, he doesn't know. He may have been distracted by something, but he chose to focus on the road. You may have been distracted by something and you were thinking about something else when you stepped forward. A collection of choices. Sometimes it is entirely set of external forces. Nature. Probably there is a plan. Grand plan for the whole of our life. But the power still lies with you.
Mistakes happen. Correct them. If they can't be corrected, try not to repeat them. But once you learn something, preserve it. Wrong decisions may give a bad turn to our life. Still at that point of time, with whatever choices you have, choose the right one. The right one you think. The choice not affected by external forces. The choice that your heart tells you. Don't ignore it. Follow it with all your might and you will have lived your life.

Do your best dear friend. Give it to your best shot. Do it with your will, your rational choice. If at the end of your road, you come across the supreme being and you asked "Why ?", what will you do if God replies, "But child, it was always your choice". Never let other things control your life more than you control it. This is your life. Take the best step with whatever resources you have now, with whatever reason you believe in now, with whatever strength you have now, with whatever maturity you have now.
